You may call or send an e-mail to check the availability of the apartment.
If it is available we will send you a provisional booking letter together with an invoice for the deposit of 50%.
As soon as the payment is received we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
We recommend that you purchase holiday cancellation insurance because no refunds will be given.
Car rental
If you would like to rent a car during your stay, we will gladly assist and make a reservation for a suitable car at a good price on your behalf.
Exclusive properties for sale
In our neighbourhood, about 12 km away from LOBO DO MAR there are currently 3 lots of property for sale.
The small village of "CALOURA" with its picturesque fishing harbour south of AGUA DE PAU, is one of the finest areas to live, the most prestigious residential area of São Miguel.
This part of São Miguel, on the south coast of the island, has its own mild micro climate and is considered to be one of the most preferred areas to have your own house built.
The size of the properties (building land) are between 1.500 to 2.000 square meters per lot; they provide an ocean view and are located in a quiet area.

We are a German couple who have been living on São Miguel, the main island of the Azorean archipelago, for more than ten years.
Apart from German, we speak English, French and Portuguese.
We live directly next-door to the apartment and will gladly provide you with ideas for your sight-seeing tours, transportation, restaurants, whale-watching or souvenirs.
You are welcome to use our extensive library of travel guides and books on the Azores’ flora and fauna.
We can also pick you up from the airport in Ponta Delgada if you would like us to.
